In Assoication with Megaform, we now offer ICF (Insulated concrete formwork) constructed homes. ICF provides more warmth, quietness and safety for you and your family. ICF walls are 280 mm thick compared with your conventional 90mm kthick timber walls. Our walls have 60mm thick polystyrene edges that are filled with 150mm of solid concrete and steel.

Internal walls are generally constructed from timber but ICF walls can be used if your looking to limit any sound entering from neighbour rooms.

We can also build you a conventional timber home, but will suggest the use of 140mm external timber frames to allow for thicker insulation to be installed and a warmer home. MAX-Raft is also our preferred foundation design due to its thermal properties.
